They really have nailed customer service. I’ve rented 30 plus days this year and wherever I go the “helpfulness level” is always high. Generally you get to chose your car, which I love.

Rented my car on June 18th, from YUL. The clerk had his customer service mastered as he offered a relatively cheaper upgrade. It was a pleasure speaking to him and I was out of there in 5 minutes. Car was great, return process was easy as well.

My experience has always been a pleasure dealing with Alamo. Friendly, no hassle, fast, always ready service. My only issue was that my license plate was from out of town which was not appreciated during this COVID crisis.
