Called and if they don’t know someone to help you. You don’t need the part. Lol. Very please with their knowledge and customer help. Love in Saskatoon and will deal with them always.

It's refreshing to go into a business that understands what customer service is all about. Sydney and everyone else I dealt with there was professional and friendly. I contacted them looking for a boat trailer. Most places were sold out. Unfortunately, when I got there a couple days later, they too were sold out, but Sydney was very helpful in securing one for me when their shipment of new ones arrived a few days later. Her responses via text were prompt and helpful. She even was going to send an email after hours to a registry office (which turned out not to be necessary). Full marks to her for going the extra mile in all cases and communicating quickly and effectively. I have dealt with other marine places in Edmonton and by far the people I dealt with at Recreational Power Sports were the best. They actually come to you when you arrive to ask what they can help you with versus having to ''bother'' people for help at other places. Parts department was very good for other things I needed. I will definitely go there in the future even though there are closer places for me to go. Thanks again.

I tried to shop local for tracks for my quad and was quickly getting frustrated. A quick weekend text to RPS and by Monday AM (08:17) I had a response from Mike with options, pricing, freight and ETA. Absolutely AWESOME!! I added a quad seat to the order and BAM!! DONE!! Got my business for LIFE!!
