I have rented from RTR probably 10 times now and have been happy every time. The equipment is always in good order and the staff are helpful. I tried Home Depot once and would never rent from them again. RTR is my ''go to'' equipment rental shop.

I've recently visited ready to rent to have my backpack blower repaired and the service was exceptional! staff were super friendly and went above and beyond. I must commend the owner on a job well done!

I phoned in to inquire about lawn mower repairs a few weeks back and had by far the best customer service telephone conversation with a young lady by the name of Latoya, she was just so warm and friendly very knowledgeable about the mechanics time frame and the cost of the repair, overall it was great to talk to her and I would definitely recommend this business. Thanks Latoya for being so helpful.
