I purchased a certified pre-owned SUV from Northgate last week. This was my first online purchase of a car and the support provided by the dealer was impeccable. The process was clearly explained to me and any additional questions I emailed were answered quickly by the Sales and Financing teams. The transaction included the trading in of my old SUV and making additions to the new one. I received the new SUV to my residence in Calgary by noon, two days after my initial call to Northgate. All paperwork was in order and the exchange was seamless.

I lost my only car key for my 08 Pontiac, called a dealership that isn't far from me, only to be told that they ''had no clue about the key program'' I gave Northgate a call, and had an answer almost immediately.
