I purchased a 2017 Ford Transit from Jon/Kyle at the south Edmonton location. The unit was in excellent condition upon delivery and the customer service was second to none. There were a few minor issues with the vehicle of which I brought to their attention shortly after the purchase. Jon and the entire DF team at that location went the extra mile to ensure that those issues were resolved in a timely manner and at no cost to me. We needed a truck for work but knew nothing about the leasing process. We had initially visited another leasing company but felt as though we were being talked 'at' and not 'to'. We then went to Driving Force and Jordan was great. He expanded on the small amount of knowledge we had and worked with us to get the vehicle we needed. We had a tight timeframe to get this done and Jordan coordinated it all within that time. He even personally delivered the truck to us!
