I have found my forever mechanic!!! My daughter has been bringing her car here for about 5 years, and has had nothing but good things to say. She was right! I booked my 2010 Jeep (with 280 km on it) for an oil change and tire rotation. They took my car in when I arrived and had it ready to go, with an unscheduled repair, on time. It needed a new ball joint, which was no surprise as I do alot of driving and my brother had already mentioned the Jeep needed some front-end work. Jessica took the time to show me the old ball joint and explain exactly what the repair was all about. She also went the extra mile trying to find me a used tire (I'm on a budget), and was nice about it even though they were busy. The business owner/senior mechanic, Donny, discussed other repairs/maintenance my jeep would need (like brakes etc) and how to know when it was time to get it done. I have been driving used cars for over 40 years, and while I don't know alot about the mechanical aspects of fixing cars, I do know about the value of keeping my car safe and reliable. I felt like I was treated as a valuable customer, and really appreciated the extra time Donny and Jessica took to explain things and make sure my Jeep would get me to where I needed to go safely.

I have trust issues with any fix-it professionals which extends beyond auto repair. Despite those issues, I am not a mechanic so when my car was overheating in the -40 cold snap this last winter I needed to find somewhere reliable to take the 'ol jalopy to get assessed and be close to home. Turns out this shop was that place. I have returned a few times since and the staff are all very friendly and professional and take the time to make sure I've been taken care of. I strongly recommend this shop!

Over the years I have taken my truck to Superior, for a variety of different services, under the ownership of Donny. I was saddened and disappointed to hear of Don and Jessica’s recent, sudden departure following the recent sale of the business. Regardless, I wish Mikael success in his future endeavours.
