Leah and the mechanics at Caliber are very dependable and professional! I have been bringing my Subaru here for a year and a half. They are always right on price and I am grateful for the time and effort they put into my car. I had to get a new catalytic converter and they searched to find one in my price range. Needed an emergency Strut replacement and found Caliber through Google. After reviewing the google reviews I thought I would give them a try. From first point of contact, the communication was fantastic. Everything was very clear and I was kept updated throughout. I felt the pricing on parts and labour was fair and competitive, but most importantly I felt the communication made me feel confident in the work being done and that there was no up-selling of work. They did a great job in a timely manner and I will continue to use them in the future.

The team at Caliber was great. Our 2013 Kia was out of warranty and we weren't happy with the customer service at the dealership. Was recommended we try Caliber by a regular customer and they did not disappoint. While the repair bill wasn't small, I feel they took the time to find the right solution, explained the process and advised us of our options along the way. In the end we paid a very fair price for service and the issue was completely fixed. Exceptionally better experience than dealer service departments and we get to support a local business.
