Brought my Fiat 500 in for some work after Neil was recommended to me. I had been having a TOUGH time finding a mechanic who would work on a Fiat! I had recently taken it in to a dealership where they recommended that I replace the brake pads (brakes were a bit squeaky) and quoted me $750 just to fix the centre brake light which had stopped working due to an electrical issue. So... I thought I was going in to replace the brake pads... but Neil was super honest and real with me-- he said the brake pads didn't need to be replaced yet... he ended up just doing a brake service which eliminated the noise they were making. He was able to fix the centre brake light in 30 min (and therefore at a fraction of the cost). When he drove my car around back he immediately noticed that the wheel bearing needed to be replaced... I think they may have missed that completely at the dealership. He did all of this for less than HALF the price of what they quoted at the dealership. When I drove my car home, I immediately noticed that it was WAY more quiet and running smoothly! To say I am a happy customer would be an understatement. I've already recommended Neil to a couple people I know!

Neil is the best! Absolutely wonderful human, and a brilliant mechanic. Your car will be taken care of and he will tell you what you do need to do vs don’t need to do immediately if you are tight for cash. He’s also very patient when I ask a bunch of goofy questions because I know nothing about cars.

I was referred to Neil from my main mechanic to perform some specific and tedious VW engine repair work. Neil was professional and honest about the work involved and after some external issues with some faulty parts/applications from the distributers he sorted it out for me without hassle and was able to get me back on the road.
