Great service and cars are in good condition. I have been coming here for years and they are always my go to car rental. Their team (Chris, Dawson and others) is great and very helpful.

Had a great experience at this location. Was renting from NYC and renewing in Toronto. Tried a number of ways to get a hold of the NYC location but couldn’t. Dawson at the Simcoe location figured out my issue quickly and helped me throughout the remainder of my rental. He was outstanding. Thank you!

Great customer service! I was impressed again and again by the awesome experience at this location. Like many people living in downtown Toronto, I don't own a car anymore. So come to this Enterprise often to get a car for weekend getaways or some chores around the city. Always get wonderful customer service and great cars. Strongly recommend it.

One time, when I pickup, I was told to accept either a Chevrolet spark which isn't the vehicle I reserved for, or I can update for a better vehicle for 10 dollars. So I told the staff I did not book for a Chevrolet spark. He answered me Chevrolet spark is for the same price to the vehicle I booked for. I booked for a compact car which is not under Chevrolet Spark category on their online reservation site, while I admit they are for the same price. The most ridiculous thing is that staff even asked me if I want a compact car but not sanitized. That's not funny at all, especially during the covid 19 outbreak. I had always satisfied with their service before, but not that time. Finally, I paid 10 dollars for upgrade because they can't give me the vehicle I reserved for. Lately, when I was doing online reservation again, I noticed that car I got, it doesn't worth that much. 10 bucks is not a big deal, but I feel I was fooled.
