First time going to B.A. and it wont be the last!! Fantastic customer service from the time you walk through the door. Tim and Peri run an honest INDY shop that is based on customer service. Tim and Steve told me the issues upfront what was needed to fix it and the turnaround time was extremely quick! Thank to all B.A. Machine staff for the excellent experience.

B.A.Machine is one of the best bike shops I have seen across the globe! Friendly staff (yes you perri) always do their best to assist you with your needs. Tim is always working away but during my build project he never hesitated to answer my questions or show me a better way to do things. I would recommend B.A. to anyone who is looking for parts, repairs or custom work on their motorcycle!
