Incredible store! The staff were amazing! Jeff help us and was so great to deal with. We got some free gifts with our purchase and he brought out the equipment to our vehicles and helped load it all. Superior customer service! Wouldn’t shop anywhere else now!

I realize the pandemic has impacted delivery times. After 4 weeks I am still waiting for my treadmill to be delivered. I was verbally given the impression that I could expect a phone call regarding a time to be set up for it to be delivered, etc! My training is being impacted as a result.......unfortunately there’s been poor communication.

Rebeca out of the West Edmonton Mall store recently assisted me with a quote and order for a new squat rack, weights, bar, etc.., and right off the bat was extremely nice, polite, and an absolute pleasure to talk with. She wrote up a quote for me, and even stayed in constant communication through email with me throughout my incessant questions. A couple weeks later, I purchased everything, but due to some shipping problems, she asked if I was willing to go to the warehouse on Yellowhead to pick everything up, which was no problem. However when I arrived, there were 2 different sizes of weights as well as locking clamps that were on ''back order'', and the 15lb bumper plates turned out to be extremely dirty and not stored properly. I brought this back to Rebeca, and she IMMEDIATELY solved all my problems and was able to procure everything I needed from a store close to my home in Red Deer, and put in all the heavy lifting (no pun intended) to make sure I got everything right away. Rebeca has been absolutely incredible helping me with everything, and this woman seriously deserves a big raise. She went above and beyond for me every step of the way, and I would not have purchased anything from you guys if it wasn't for her.
