What an excellent team. I was an out of province traveller and they were very flexible in ensuring I got a new tire. Clint offered after hour service to ensure my scoot had a new tire and I got home safely. I would not even hesitant to return or suggest others stop in.

Best dealership I’ve ever been to, really large sales floor, super friendly staff who go above and beyond for you, these people actually care about you as a person not just as a customer. Highly recommend checking it out!!

Made an appointment weeks in advance for an oil change and new rear tire on a cross Canada road trip from Ottawa. Arrived at the dealer to find that they were ready for our arrival. They had the service details in hand. The service agent was both pleasant and professional. She directed us to lockers where we could leave our gear and to a comfortable waiting area. They accommodated us with a spot to recharge our electronics. During our 2 hour stay we interacted with staff who gave us some good roads to explore during our time in the Rockies. Based on their information we decided to extend our trip a couple of days. Many thanks to the staff at Heritage Harley. We are having a great road trip!

Outstanding customer service! I have been dealing with Heritage Harley for years buying parts for my custom bike, purchase of a new bike, bike maintenance and clothing purchases...great customer service always. Lately my wife had an issue with her one year old helmet. The helmet had just gone past the warranty period and replacement parts had been discontinued. The staff went above and beyond to fix the helmet saving us from having to buy a new helmet. Keep up the great service, it is greatly appreciated :)
