I've gone here for 2 repairs now and I have absolutely no complaints they were friendly, helped me with all my troubles and even gladly went well out of their way to find someone who could help me with a difficult engine problem after explaining it very well to me (I only have a limited understanding myself). When I say put f the way I mean they called almost 5 different places to find someone who could help me. I would highly recommend going here for any troubles you may have and if they can't help you here they'll definitely find someone who can!

Generally they are very good, but this most recent visit they slipped a bit. First, i attempted to make an appointment by their website. That team forwarded my request directly to the store, without informing me. The store never responded and only when i contacted the web team a second time did they mention it. Dropped my car off for a small air leak and tire rotation. The receipt indicated all tires at 34 psi. First tire i tested was 38 and second tire was 25. I took it back and they immediately corrected but said i had a faulty tire guage. Maybe, but i did let air out of the over inflated tire and they said it was at 33 when i took it back. Hhhmmmm They did resolve and there was no charge to fix the leak or rotation as i had purchased them from Kal Tire. Ultimately everything was resolved but the experience was not as smooth as normal. Would i ho back? Yes
