I entered this place expecting to find the ''bait and switch routine ''. Much to my delight the car was there and priced as advertised. I also expected to encounter pushy sales people, nope none of that either. Cheryl made the deal go very smoothly. She was friendly and tried to accomplish my every request. I was introduced to everyone including the mechanic and owner. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them. ***** Update****** After my son was driving for a few days a check engine light appeared. I thought ''well it is a used car, things like this happen'' I searched the internet of similar problems and found it was probably a crank sensor. It was an $80 part but I wanted to be sure without having to pay a dealer $$$ to scan the code so I called Jamal who said ''bring it in they would check it for no cost to me''. The next day my son drove it in and a few minutes after he arrived he was told it was a crank sensor and they would cover the parts and labour. Wow!! I couldn't believe that a used dealer would do something like that. Later when I drove my son and 9 year old daughter to pick up the car, Jamal treated her to a few new toys from the secret shelf and made my teen feel really great about his car. I'm not usually fond of sales people but I hope someday my kids will grow up to be like these people just kind honest folks. They provide a new level of customer service that ALL dealerships new and used should adopt. Thanks again Mike

We bought a used Audi from this dealership (from Sean) and the service was great! The communication was there, he was really helpful, and the price was incredible. Literally cant beat that! They honored their 1 month warranty and did a minor fix, and we are so happy! I'd recommend them to everyone I know, and would buy from them again. 5 stars!
