Sorry, I posted my review for the other location, so here it is: I just bought my first electric scooter! Excellent experience with the staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. I asked them to wait for me after the opening hours, no problem! They offered me an excellent service, even they helped me to embarque my scooter in my wife's car because of a raining weather. I'm very happy after my first day using my scooter, works so good and smooth, no noise, no pollution, totally a freedom feeling riding this. P.S. : I have to share my new experience with this incredible people. So, after buying the DS1 about a week ago from the Dyad Store located in Little Italy, I decided to change it for the Niu U1, especially for the high tech on the last one (e.g. app on your phone, navigation, GPS tracking, ride stats, etc.). Very easy, no problem, just one call on Friday evening and Saturday I passed by the Dyad Store on the Plateau and my new Niu U1 was ready for the ride. Thank you again for this incredible service! Very appreciated!
