I am using Raffi services for a very long time, and I am always satisfied. Many times I am not being charged for minor services. At one time, I was out of Canada and was not sure if i should trust a garage that wanted a very large sum for a couple of items and installation. Raffi spent time with me long distance to trouble shoot by reaction of the car to his instructions. The car was operational but he suggested that I should not try to drive the distance to reach HIS GARAGE. Typically, he did not charge me for his good advise.

One car service with Raffi Auto and I think I've found a mechanic for life. Why?: 1) No condescending tone from the staff, who explained issues in detail without rushing. 2) Pricing is transparent and upfront, with no sales pressure whatsoever. 3) After getting quotes to repair my AC from a large national chain and my Ford dealership, Raffi undercut both by half by offering to source a used compressor to fix the issue. After all parts and service were totaled, he probably saved me a full grand. Neither the chain mechanic or my dealership offered to source a used part, as they probably have the incentive to up sell new ones. I didn't even ask for a used part when I went in. The staff offered it as an option. Conclusion: bring your car to Raffi with full confidence.
