They went above and beyond for me and my family, we were given a quote of over 3000 by another establishment but the crew at Downtown Auto were beyond honest and helpful. In the end we paid less than 300 for the work that actually needed to be done to our vehicle. They well forever have my business

Fixed my timing gasket chamber seal on Ford Ranger. Done in a timely manner. I initially thought the service was pricey, but after comparing online it was a fair price - and they matched the initial quote they gave me. Both front desk people I dealt with were friendly. They were also willing to explain all my questions over the phone. Very nice people!

I having being going to Downtown Auto Repair for 16+ years. Jim and Phil are the best! As a person that is not a mechanically inclined, I know that they would never take advantage of that. They are honest and straight forward. They would never try to up sell or do work that is unnecessary. I will always highly, highly recommend them. Look no further!

I was having issues with my battery due to the extreme cold. I called them as they were closing on Tuesday and they told me to bring it in the next morning and even let me know approx how much it would be if they had to replace the battery, they even had a sale on batteries. I had bought the car in September and it was a used car, so I also wanted them to do an inspection and it was about time for an oil change. Besides the battery, the only other issue was a ball joint which needed to be replaced. After everything was done, they gave me some tips to keep it and the battery in good condition, they were able to do it all really quickly and I am very happy with the service!
