Jon Gold was fantastic and delivered all our requirements and expectations. After an initial bad sale deal in a weeks time getting a Raptor certified F150 used truck with only basic features without even basic GPS navigation. We had to call back Freedom Ford for an upgrade. Luckily Jon Gold was on hand to attend to us and we succeeded in a trade in deal for a brand new 2019 Raptor F150 with all necessary features that met our expectations and at a reasonable cost in terms of value for money. I bought a car from Freedom Ford in January 2021. When I went to change my winter tires, we found that the factory Lug nuts were not there, just the ugly ones for the winter rims. Contacted Freedom Ford and they ordered new factory ones for me at no cost to me! Their continued service extends to after sales. I am so impressed! Highly recommend!
