Couldn't be more happy with my purchase from The House of Cars Airdrie. Dave went above and beyond to find me the exact truck I wanted. Great communication, fast responses and all around a great guy to work with! Gave exceptional service and makes sure his customers leave happy. I highly recommend Dave for all your vehicle needs!

The staff there (especially Peter, Joseph and Michelle) were very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the process, the importance of credit, what banks look for, assistance with insurance etc. They then helped me finance a vehicle that was within my budget (a new one too!). Overall, very very impressed. Would highly recommend to anyone.

My family and I have had the pleasure of financing two vehicles from House of Cars - Airdrie within the last five years. Both experiences, the former with Riley and the latter with Joseph and Hayley, were very positive. These are not “sleazy, used car salesman”; they are people first who do business efficiently, are friendly, and want the best for their clients. They are also extremely family friendly, dealing so sweetly with our 15mo daughter while we conducted business without shaming her for public behaviour or losing patience with us. Hayley and Joseph worked diligently to find the best vehicle for my growing family, for the best price well within our budget, and never tried at all to push a more expensive vehicle on us that result in our family being “car broke”. These salesmen are honest and have a strong sense of business ethics and integrity. Their cars are stringently checked and properly maintained. They take all their client’s needs into consideration and put together the very best package they can to get their clients on the road (sometimes, like in our case, on the very same day!) in a new-to-you vehicle that will take you far. As for us, obviously our family has nothing but good things to say about this particular branch and we will hopefully continue to do business with them far into the future. They might be the only used car lot I’d trust enough to even consider getting my daughter a car from... although thank goodness that’s a few years off!

This is my second time purchasing a vehicle through House of Cars, and honestly I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My salesman Dave is absolutely amazing, he truly cares about his customers. I am in the process of rebuilding my credit and he goes above and beyond to find the best deal and present options. He understands the process of rebuilding credit and how to get you into lower rates in the future. It was a great experience, super nice staff, very helpful. Super reasonable people. My sales guy was great. He knew what he was talking about just made my experience very enjoyable, I will continue to come here in the future. I'd recommend people go to House of Cars.
