I recently purchased a new vehicle from Team Ford, I had a car in mind that I actually checked out at another dealer in the city. I went to Team Ford to see if they could find a similar vehicle... actually, I asked for the exact vehicle, colour, options, mileage etc. I was met by Dre and he set me up. They didn't have the car I wanted on the lot, but Dre and the team found the exact car I wanted and had it brought in for me. Dre even loaned me a brand new 2021 F150 to drive while my car was being delivered. The car showed up in less than a week and it was perfect, exactly what I was promised. I would recommend Team Ford, and especially Dre, to anyone looking to get into a new or used Ford vehicle. This is the second vehicle I've bought from Team Ford, my Mom even bought her car from them too. Excellent service and awesome people. Great job Dre and great job everyone else at Team Ford!

If your going to team Ford make sure you ask for Zoo, He was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He has such an amazing energy to him and is willing to go above and beyond to make sure his clients are satisfied with there vehicle buying experience. If you don’t go see Zoo your missing out. I recently purchased a ''previously loved'' 2019 Ford Flex. My first car. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The salesperson, James, even dropped the car off for me to save me having to find a ride down to pick it up. When (on day 2) I found an issue with the control panel, they took it right away and gave me a loaner car free of charge. They are covering all of the repair charges. They resolved the issues quickly and efficiently, and without added cost to myself. Would totally recommend Team Ford.

My wife bought a 2016 Ford Edge from Team Ford . It was one of the best car buying experiences she’s ever experienced. The gentleman that helped her was Trace , first class from start to finish . She knew what she wanted and he went above and beyond to make it happen ... no pressure sales tactics . Just professionalism and integrity. It didn’t end with her driving off the lot . Trace checks in periodically just to see how the vehicle is holding up and if she’s still happy with her purchase . Bought my Vehicle from Trace... Great customer service! Helped me look for exactly what I was looking for and needed for our family. Have been back to do oil changes at this dealership too. There service in the shop is great too! So speedy. Getting my vehicle in and out of there quickly! Definitely would recommend going here to get a vehicle from Trace and get services done to anyone!
