Extreme Torque Motorsports

I normally get excellent service but yesterday I went and bought 2 parts, bit more then expected, no big deal (convenience) but gave me 1 wrong. They're hours of operation state 9am till 1PM on Saturdays when you googles it, unfortunately I drove 45mins to see a peice of paper beside the normal hours of operations starting the modified hours. Very disappointing they were ''lazy'' to not change it online for the convenience and accuracy of they're customers.

I am editing this review as of July 10. After talking to Jen, the manager in Moncton, she was very accommodating and arranged for our both bikes to be picked up and returned to us in Miramichi at no charge. Her shop checked out both bikes, fixed the clips and screws and returned bikes for the weekend! I am very pleased that Jen offered us an apology for any problems we had with their service and made every effort to ammend our experience. Thank you Jen! A much happier customer now! Had our Spyders in for yearly oil change, filters and ''Plan A'' maintenance check because of planned trip. Two weeks later and after only a few local runs had major squealing which made us stop running the bike. After calling shop for advice as to what it could be, nothing came to mind and we had to wait until 2 weeks for appt . In the meantime we found a local mechanic to look at it and he found the reason in no time. What he also found was that the last time it had been taken apart (at Torque in Moncton) the clamps had been broken and not replaced, screws of different lengths had been put in wrong holes, wiring was messed up, mirror clip broken off! I feel we were duped on the (plan a) inspection and were set up for future repairs that would have come up due to the negligence of the mechanic! Worried about second bike being set up for failure by this shop! Very disgruntled excustomer!
