Fantastic service! We have purchased multiple sets of tires from here and they always find a great set within our budget. Location is convenient downtown and easy to access. I have been coming here since 2012 and have recommended many friends.

I'm not a ''reviewer'' type person, but for all the time and care the downtown FT team took on me, it's the least I can do! I was THAT person that waited til it was snowing to get my winter tires on. I called when I saw a good deal on winter tires on their website, turns out they were on backorder so I was stuck waiting for them longer than expected. The owner Michael knew I had a trip to BC coming up so told me he'd put on better tires for the same price for being patient. Despite being their busiest season, they took the care to make sure things were done well! Their seasonal tire storage is convenient and competitively priced. Their complimentary hot chocolate is delicious. It was a pleasure to deal with the downtown FT crew, I'll definitely be back.

Fantastic business! This team always finds a way to help me. I've needed last minute repairs during some very busy periods. It's one thing to get it right once, but this group just keeps on providing outstanding customer service. Thanks to everyone at the store.

Every time I have called to book an appointment for service or had service or work done here they are so accommodating, honest, and do an excellent job. I have been a client for years and will continue to be. Highly recommend.
