How did Auto Add-Ons this Truck Parts served you in Kingston ?
I recently bought a new car from Jim Thompson Chrysler. Part of the package was winter tires on rims. They were ordered through Auto Add ons. As soon as Auto Add-Ons received my new winter tires they called me and made an appointment for the same day. They explained all of their covid protocols over the phone. When I arrived the gentlemen were friendly and accommodating. They changed my tires over and neatly placed my old tired in the trunk without any mess whatsoever. I was very happy with the service that I received here and if I need any Auto Add-ons in the future, this will be the place that I go !

What could you say about Truck Parts services provided in Kingston by Auto Add-Ons ?
So there are two issues at hand here. One, I went in their store to see if they have a product I'm looking for. They did. The three gentlemen were on the phone and didn't even acknowledge me. I waited for 10 minutes and then I left. Fair enough, they were busy... I called back later to see how much the product was, and it was $400, compared to $300 on Amazon. Look, I'm always happy to help out local businesses. That's why I went there. I was willing to pay an extra $50, just to ''shop local'', but $100 difference on a $300 product is a bit much. If it would've been $50 more, I would've bought it from them; like I said to SHOP LOCAL. It's important to price your products accordingly. I understand that you will never be able to compete with online stores, but a ''little add on price hike'' nobody minds, but when it's 25% more expensive online, it's a bit much to justify it. I would much rather keep local people employed than help Bezos get another private jet... Even then, I may have considered it, given the service was good. Sorry guys, I really didn't want to give you a mediocre review, but I have no choice.
