September 1st 2020 very busy time for vehicle rentals people moving - school - etc . My insurance company basically left me empty handed as far as a comparable rental to run my Insulation Company ( BEAM ME UP SCOTTY INSULATION) my F25O was in for repairs due to my Neighbour backing into it - Aviva would only cover a low and ridiculous amount saying they’d get me a comparable vehicle- it never happened offered me a Jeep - Bristol and Kathy L. We’re able to put me in a F350 the daily rental rate is 3 times the low ball absolutely ridiculous rate of coverage by Aviva -back n forth with Aviva with no results - Kathy and Bristol came through for me and helped out with the cost of the Daily rental rate . Truly customer service at its finest - not just saving the $ but Genuinely knowing your dealing with people ( Kathy L ❤️) that have a heart and care about the customers that walk in there business door but more importantly when they walk out after returning the vehicle. BIG THANKS 😊 to Kathy L . And Bristol rentals HONEST AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I am very glad to have went with Hammad at Bristol. He was recommended to me by a friend and did not disappoint. He was always available to answer my questions and he provided a great vehicle for what I needed at a reasonable price! Very pleasant and personable. I will definitely be renting a vehicle from here again.
