Excellent experience buying our Keystone Springdale. Our salesperson Dylan was a very cool laid back guy that knows his stuff. David and the others in Finance were great and made the whole process very enjoyable. Louise was one of the best people we dealt with. She knew all the ins and outs and how everything worked always making sure to help us out any time we called or stopped in for something. The guy that did our setup and walk-through could not have been more helpful. He took his time to go over everything several times so I would know how it works and what to expect. Would recommend to anyone looking for an RV or trailer.

ArrKann Amazing experience! Stopped in to the North Edmonton location as it was highly recommended by a friend after our horrible time with GO RV. Ian was helpful, straight forward, knowledgeable and patient as we chased around our 10 month old. He showed us several trailers that suited our wants / needs. We picked up our trailer at the Sherwood Park location less than a week later. The whole buying and financing experience was quick (but thorough), transparent and painless. All the staff including sales, service and parts at both locations (North Edmonton and Sherwood Park) were excellent and very accommodating. Night and day experience between go RV and ArrKann.
