The second we walked into Carefree RV we met Norm. Hell of a guy!!! Right away he Loaded up my pregnant wife on a golf cart and drove her around the lot showing us the inventory. Now thats Service . He answered every question and was not at all pushy. Gave us as much time as we needed going in and out of trailers. Never made us feel like he was waiting . You can tell he is very patient and great with people. We had such a great afternoon with norm and the staff at Carefree RV.

As first timers in the market for a travel trailer we spent the summer going over our list of wants & needs. Mitchell at Carefree RV in Edmonton answered our questions fully. We were very happy with the service and ordered a trailer. It was definitely worth the trip from Calgary.

Carefree RV provided fantastic service from the first phone contact where I was asking for a price match on a Revel 4x4 . The price match was approved within the hour by ,sales consultant , Jared Hoover. Jared answered my many questions and was available to take my many calls . Communication was clear and responsive . Next stop for great service was Jamaiz Ali in finance, he worked hard to find us the best rate and sealed the deal within in days. We were able to pick up the Revel within the week. The service team provided a through tour of our new coach. Overall a great purchase experience from start to finish . Highly recommend .
