Oil country towing did a tow for my neighbor. the truck accidentally ran over some patio stones in the back alley on my property. Oil Country not only replaced the stones, they took the extra step to make sure they were leveled and looked great when they were done. Amazing customer service and thank for going above and beyond. Oil Country Towing was quick to respond to a flat tire that I got on my way to Edmonton after sunset. Rahall was a standout individual who called me immediately to ensure I was safe, (especially knowing it was dark and very heavy car volume on the highway), and let me know he would be promptly coming to my location to help me. He was very professional the whole time and was very considerate of anything we may have needed. Within about an hour after I got the flat, I was back on the road. Great service, great response time and very professional!
