I had my oil changed and filter checked today at Lube City. The staff were super professional and friendly and also followed all COVID-19 protocols. I’ve been to quick oil change places before however this place actually took their time to check everything from my tires to all my fluids and even gave the vehicle longer time for the oil to drain which some of the places don’t and they really should. They even clean my windshield. All the staff I encountered were super friendly and I would definitely come back again.

I recently moved away from Edmonton but for 2 years I came to this Lube City for synthetic oil changes and never had any problems. They try to upsell some things, but never pressure me. They’re just doing their jobs. Besides, I liked and trusted them so I chose to buy from them anyway, like windscreen wipers. I was usually served by the Filipino(? Sorry if that’s incorrect) guy. He was always awesome.

Good staff, very friendly. They will try to sell you on extra services, that's their job. Like any lube place, best to go in knowing what you need. I go here regularly.
