Josh was the attendant for my visit, so I can only speak for his customer service. Josh was extremely personable. He seemed more interested in getting my car to run well than selling me extraneous services. I also got the sense that, if I had wanted him to, he would have been willing to explain his reasoning for the different choices made (if you are interested in having a serviceable understanding of your own car). I can't speak for anyone else that works there, but if they are anywhere approaching his level of proficiency, then it's well worth the drive of a few extra kilometers to go there, at least I can say that I will be glad to.

What can I say? Very great experience. MOE, the technician that did the oil change on my Truck was very professional, knowledgeable and gave good insights on what to do to keep my truck at peak performance. Definitely going to be the only place I go get my oil change. Service was topnotch. 👍

I had a great experience here. Ron was the person who attended to my car and he was very thorough and kind. As a girl who doesn't know ANYTHING about cars it is easy to feel intimidated in these spaces, but Ron explained everything so well. He really went above and beyond to answer my questions and give me suggestions. And the quality here is always great. Thank you so much!

These guys are true professionals. My father-in-law had an issue related to the engine caused by oil spillage. They gave us advice over the phone, and when we came in they assessed it, washed off the excess oil, checked fluid levels, and told us it was good - and didn't charge anything for doing all this. I've been here a times before to change the oil in my own car, and it was the same thing: they were fast, efficient, friendly, and honest. Highly recommended.
