Will you recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car a Car Rental in Edmonton ?
I rented a Dodge Caravan from here for Labor day long weekend. Nathan was the representative who handled all my business. From early pick-up to after hours drop-off, all went super smooth. Nathan also showed me various options i had for rental while i was picking up my rental vehicle. I would go to back this location for future needs for sure.

How did Enterprise Rent-A-Car this Car Rental served you in Edmonton ?
We rented a Cadillac XT5 for an 8 day trip to BC. The car was nice, but was delivered without proper preparation. On a minor note, the inside of the windshield had obviously not been cleaned for a very long time. There was a haze on the glass, and someone had drawn in it with their finger. The bigger problem was with the tires. When we took the car, there was a low pressure tire warning on the dash. We drove the car to the back of the rental site to have an attendant deal with it... which he did not. He checked the tire pressures and told us the warning would go away after a few kilometres. It did not. The warning showed the front passenger tire was low, so I drove to an air pump and tried to correct it. The pump had no effect, so I borrowed a pressure gauge and checked. The tire that was low was actually the passenger rear tire, not the front. Apparently someone had changed or repaired a tire on this car, and did not know how to reset the TPMS. Just 5 minutes on the Internet revealed to me that this was the problem. Unfortunately, I had spent 45 minutes messing with this, when I really wanted to be driving. A car in this price range really should be prepared properly before being handed over. On the positive side, the staff (Nathan) was very nice and the car was a delight to drive.
