I had the best experience as this auto repair shop. Kate the owner is nothing less than spectacular. Super professional and thorough, I am really happy we went straight to her shop. The mechanic was full of knowledge and experience. They ran full reports and made sure our vehicle was above par. I couldn’t believe how efficient this shop was compared to other shops I’ve dealt with in the past. I am so grateful for this reliable and amazing shop. I appreciate everything you done for me Kate. You are wonderful!

Kate was awesome! Went yesterday to get my '98 Honda CRV's oil changed at Kal Tire, came home and checked the dipstick only to discover that they had overfilled it. Needless to say, I was not impressed and worried about my car. I did a search and came across Neighbourhood Automotive- I am so glad I found them! Kate was nice, informative, and allowed me to come in same day, no problem. She drained the oil and made sure it was at the correct level and I left feeling reassured and grateful. Kate and Eddie were amazing and they were able to spot a few things other shops have missed. They also explained it so well for someone that's not car savvy at all and made sure I understood what was being done and why. Highly recommend them and will come here from now on!
