Capital Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I just bought a used 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee a few months back from Capital. The experience was great from the moment I walked through the doors to the moment I drove my new vehicle off the lot. Steve in sales was amazing, knowledgeable and most importantly not pushy at all. If your going into Capital to purchase a vehicle make sure you ask for Steve!! Because my vehicle was used- I did unfortunately run into a few very small service issues with the vehicle shortly after the purchase. However, Patrick in service was absolutely amazing! He got me all sorted quickly and efficiently. As someone who comes from a family who has always had M-Benz and BMW's the service from Patrick and the service department far outperformed anything I have dealt with in the past. Thanks for the great experience Capital!

Steve was awesome! He was very helpful, courteous and worked hard to get the deal done. It only took a couple of days and I even got to know a little about him in that short time ... he's a good Ukrainian family man and it's his birthday today! Thanks to Steve for all of his help! Customer service was unmatched to anywhere else I’ve ever been. Paul Hayek was amazing to deal with through the service department. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed into further services and he helped explain everything to me as I am not a mechanic and do not understand everything about a vehicle. I appreciated his help and he made me feel comfortable about taking my vehicle there - all staff were extremely welcoming and helpful.
