I wanted a 12 foot truck, so I booked in advance, for the desired date there was only availability in Ste Julienne, which I accepted despite a detour of at least 25 km. Arrived on the spot there was no 12 feet available but a 16 feet. When I presented my proof of insurance for the close 27, they tried to tell me that the insurance company did not cover the 16 foot double axles, I then explained that last year it had been correct but two employees on site didn't believe me so I had to call my insurer on site to ask, I was told if the truck is under 10,000 pounds and worth less than $ 50,000 it was covered. The truck weighing 9,500 pounds and its value hovering around these prices the Discount employees finally accepted. I was handed a truck with a half tank asking me to turn it over the same way, I had never seen this.
