VC Flex

Had an overall good experience in purchasing a Promaster 3500 from VC. Dimitry is wickedly sharp on the emails, which I know can be much appreciated for some of us. He was responsive throughout the entire process. Was not easy finding a clean cargo shell for a camper conversion with a good running powertrain but this seems to be alright. Had a few hiccups with how it ran at first, but they were able to address the issues and offer me an extended warranty. Been happy with the van so far, hopefully it stays running smooth. 👍 [My only complaint is what was replaced for safety. They did replace the essentials like brakes and broken parts, but you can tell they didn't care enough to go the extra mile. E. G. Only changing shocks|tires on one side of the van, but not the other. Anyone who knows cars knows it's always better to just change both sides for certain things to maintain wear symmetry.

I recently purchased a RAM Promaster 2014 from Dmitry. He assured me if there were any issues to bring it back and he would take care of it. After a few weeks of driving, I noticed there was an issue with the shocks. Brought it in the next week, and his team fixed the issue with no charge! Very happy with my purchase so far and would highly recommend VC Flex.

Purchasing a van from Dimitry at VC Flex was quick and painless. He always got back to emails quickly, even on weekends. Once we got there all we had to do was pick up the keys! Great service, highly recommend!
