Levi was honest about what my best options are even if it does not mean immediate business for them. Loved the shuttle service driver Marcello. Will definitely be back. They were fast and efficient. They were able to fit me in within the week to replace the driver side airbag that was a recall for the year, make, and model of my vehicle. My vehicle was ready within an hour after dropping it off.

Did you like your visit with Carter Honda a ATV in Vancouver ?
The team at Carters are really helpful and dedicated to finding the best fit right from the moment you want in. The salesperson I dealt with even came in on his day off to help my finalize the car. Due to space constraints (as a result of being located near downtown), they only hold on the the absolute best in the used-inventory and the added Honda certification gave me additional warranty and peace of mind. Unfortunately, I did not end up purchasing a car there but they went absolutely above and beyond in trying to find the car for me.
