From the moment we stepped into Aurora Ford we found ourselves very comfortable with the friendly and inviting environment. The welcome desk was cordial and efficient. Trent was right out to greet us and get a feel for what we were looking for. He had 3 trucks fired up, for us to test drive, in less then 15 minutes which was great. He gave us enough information but allowed us to explore the vehicle as well. In the end we scooped up a 2020 Edge Titanium and we couldn't be happier with the front to back service we received. Trent, Justin and Jay were phenomenal to deal with and I can say without hesitation that we'll be loyal Aurora Ford customers for years to come.
