Dealing with Janice was an amazing experience. She was very helpful with in person meetings and on the phone conversation. Throughout the negotiations my mom and I felt no pressure to lease a new car. She was knowledgeable of the products and demonstrated sincere professionalism at all times. Went in to get the car safetied. - The service was quick. - The waiting area was clean and spacious for customers to wait while the car is getting serviced. - The rep was Simon Clarke. He explained everything before and after the car got serviced. So if you’re a new car owner like I am or enjoy great service I’d suggest to book your next appointment with Simon or just at this specific location (nobody rolled their eyes at my awkward self/questions). It was a good first experience. I will definitely go back to this dealership for servicing. Keep it up!

I got the privilege to buy the Honda Pilot from Markham Honda about 2 week before. Since from the start to the end my experience at this dealership was wonderful.
