I'm not going to speak about the service because if I didn't trust Toyota services I wouldn't brought my car today for changing oil for the break and the engine l, filters, brakes and discs... even I know the services at other mechanics are cheaper but I don't trust them as I do trust Toyota... I just gave 3 stars not 5 for one reason.. I would be happy if this branch offered me a ride to my home as the services took from 8:00 am till 12:00pm so it's kind of hard to keep waiting in there for this long ''outside '' while it was raining and cold.. I've been to other Toyota dealers and if the service would take long time they offer a ride to return home or they can call a taxi or uber .. that's all.. at the end I just went home by myself.. this kind of small customer services would make us so happy when we pay for the services and get the keys back... other than than the team there are so friendly.. I was planning to change the transmission oil but they told me 2016 Toyota Corolla is lifetime, u need to change it once the lamp light
