Got great service, the staff here actually listens to your needs and do their best to make it happen. Staff is also very pleasant I would recommend this place for anyone looking to get a good car with great service

The sales guy was very kind and helpful before we bought the truck but after, he doesn’t seem to remember to call us back. We have left multiple messages and are still waiting. We bought a trailer hitch that didn’t fit our truck and went to see him to change it. He took the part and didn’t even give us a credit note...and has not called us to follow up on our money. Feel like was sweet talked into buying and now that I don’t represent a possible customer, I don’t deserve the courtesy of a call. Not sure that I would buy there again... ....approximately an hour after my above review I received an extremely pleasant surprise. A very nice gentleman called me to let me know that they had read my review and would like to resolve the situation. The credit has been added to my account and everything is in order...I have to give it to them...they read the feedback and take action. Well done!!!

The staff, Miguel was professional and courteous and they took precautions to ensure social distancing. They also provided taxi tickets for me to return home and they sent a taxi to my come to pick me up when my car was ready. The technician took care to clean surfaces in my car such as the door handle and steering wheel. That's going above and beyond for their customer, which I appreciate. Bravo Solutions Ford!
